Site Training

On-Site orientation training of all new security officers will be conducted by an experienced site supervisor and will be evaluated by Hi-Tek Executive Management.

All officers are current with annual continuing education and qualifications.

The State of Florida, Department of Licensing governs our training requirements under State Statute 493.

Staff Operations:

We have clear and concise operations procedures and policies.  All staff is proficient in operational procedures.  Weekly safety meetings ensure that staff is alert and well prepared to handle whatever the shift may bring.

Daily reports ensure that Hi-Tek management evaluates each individual client and fine tuns the services as needed, so we can ensure the best security possible.  The Executive Management reviews field reports weekly and meets with senior staff assigned to each site. On site spot checks are performed daily by site Supervisors and reported to the Executive Management. This allows the Executive Management to stay in touch with each client and review the progress of services at every site.

Post Orders

Each post is provided with a set of post orders, which are developed by working together with our clients to ensure an effective security program. All post orders contain emergency notification procedures and the necessary related phone numbers.  Post orders are prepared and maintained by Hi-Tek Security Services management with the clients input.  Each security officer will be trained on the post orders before permanent assignment at your facility.
